Nicole’s Fudge Brownies

½ cup reduced fat butter

½ cup granulated sugar

½ cup Splenda

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 eggs

2 1-ounce squares unsweetened chocolate

¾ cups all purpose flour

½ cup bittersweet chocolate chips


In a medium sauce pan melt butter and chocolate. Remove from heat, stir in sugar and Splenda. Blend in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. Stir in flour and chocolate chips. Mix well. Spread in an 8x8 baking pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake at 350°for 30 minutes. Be careful not to over bake.


Serving options:

Hot with milk or vanilla ice cream

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm or cool
