Immediately Following the Ceremony

Black tie optional

Nicole and Brian hope you will share in their celebration

by dancing the night away under the stars.

♪♪♪

Please help compose the song list for the evening's entertainment.

In keeping with the Oscar® Night theme of the wedding,

please send your requests for songs

which come from movie soundtracks for consideration on our  playlist.

And of course, there will be plenty to eat and drink.

Menu

Cocktails ~ A variety of non-alcoholic cocktails, soft drinks and punch, as well as spirits and mixers, will be available for the mixologist to create whatever you fancy. There will also be a signature cocktail to commemorate  the evening so be sure to give that a taste.

Red Wine ~ François Pelissié Cahors Croix du Mayne 2002  ~ Powerful, dense nose of dark plum, smoke and a hint of blackstrap, with flavors to match. Robust, deeply colored and intense, this tarry red is made in a no-holds-barred style. The finish is filled with Bourbon and spice. Best from 2006 through 2010. 8,300 cases made. –KM 90 points ~"Wine Spectator"  *This is Nicole’s favorite group of wiChampynes and are made with Malbec grapes.  The wines of the small Cahors region of France are inky black and rich in flavor.

White Wine ~ Chateau Haut Grand Champ Bordeaux Sauvignon 2006 ~  Lean and crisp, with ribbons of bright pear, citrus and grapefruit showing through layers of luscious complexity.  The "sustainable agriculture" certification gives the guarantee of the producer's commitment to respect the environment.

Bubbly ~ Castillo Perelada Brut Reserva Cava Methodo Tradicional  ~ Rich and focused, this cava shows pear and quince flavors, with a hint of honey, good power and a moderately firm structure. Good length too. Drink now. –BS 85 points ~"Wine Spectator"

Chocolate Fountain

Wedding Cake ~ The main wedding cake will be chocolate raspberry. There will also be a Death By Chocolate cake for those who dislike raspberry and a French Vanilla and Raspberry cake for those who cannot eat chocolate (something Nicole and Brian just can’t imagine).

Chocolate Fountain ~ Since Nicole and Brian both love chocolate, this was a must have! An assortment of fruits and other delectable items will be available for dipping.

Hors d’Œuvres ~ While love is sweet, and many delicious things are too, Nicole and Brian wanted some savory items to go along with all the sweetness. Therefore, a variety of appetizers and titillating tasty tidbits will be served, including mini-quiches, Swedish meatballs and mini deli spirals.

Black tie optional

Come Eat, Drink and be Merry!
